- Fill out this form with your design preferences.
- After you submit, you’ll be redirected to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure your place in my production schedule.
- Once your deposit is received, you’ll get a confirmation email with next steps. We’ll review all design elements and finalize the details together.
- Because each tumbler is unique, your final balance will depend on the materials and design. You’ll receive an invoice for the remaining amount before I begin creating your order.
Important:
The deposit holds your spot in line and will be applied toward your final balance. No production will begin until your balance is paid in full.

How long does it take to make my custom tumbler?
Each tumbler is handmade to order. Please allow 10-14 business days for creation, plus shipping time. If you need it by a specific date, let me know—I’ll do my best to accommodate!
What if my tumbler arrives damaged?
While I pack every order with care, sometimes things happen in transit. If your tumbler arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery, and I’ll make it right.
Are custom orders returnable?
Because each tumbler is made especially for you, I don’t accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. Please double-check your details before placing your order, and reach out if you have any questions—I’m here to help
What sizes do you offer for custom tumblers?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
