Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase, and we stand behind the quality of our handmade creations. Because each tumbler is crafted by hand and often customized, some items are not eligible for return or refund. Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.


Returns

We have a 7-day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be a non-custom, non-personalized product, in the same condition that you received it—unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, I will provide you with a return shipping label with address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact me immediately so I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any damage claims must be reported within 3 days of delivery.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Custom Orders:
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of my custom epoxy tumblers, all custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Any item marked as “final sale”

  • Perishable goods (such as food or flowers)

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you have questions about whether your item is eligible for return, please reach out before placing your order.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return an eligible item (if applicable), and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To be eligible, your item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase. Custom-made items are excluded from this right.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
