I’m committed to getting your order to you safely and as quickly as possible. Please read the details below to understand how shipping works for my shop.

Processing Times

  • Ready to Ship Items:
    Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

  • Custom Orders:
    Because each custom tumbler is handmade to your specifications, please allow 2–4 weeks for production before shipping. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me before purchasing to confirm availability.

  • Resale Accessories:
    Wholesale or resale items (like accessories) generally ship within 3–7 business days, unless purchased together with a custom tumbler, in which case everything will ship together once the custom item is completed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:

  • Domestic U.S. Shipping: 2–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary based on your location and carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package on its journey.

Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you’ve entered the wrong address, please contact me as soon as possible.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been accepted by the carrier, I have no control over delays or lost packages. However, if your tracking information shows your package has not moved for 7 business days, please contact me so I can help you file a claim or locate your shipment.

Local Pickup

At this time, I do not offer local pickup. All orders are shipped directly to your address.
